Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects or printing errors
- Damaged cards received
- Wrong items delivered
- Quality issues with card material
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refund Process
- Contact support with your order details and issue description
- Our team will review your case within 24 hours
- If approved, arrange return shipment (we cover return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and verify the returned items, refund will be processed
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized cards (unless there's a manufacturing defect)
- Cards with customer data errors (typos provided by customer)
- Partial orders (you cannot return only some cards from a bulk order)
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you can opt for a free replacement if there are quality issues. Replacements are typically faster than refunds.
